do you service pools in the...area?

We service pools and spas in Clermont, Davenport, Doctor Phillips, Groveland, Howey-In-The-Hills, Montverde, Minneola, Oakland, Ocoee, Windermere, Winter Garden and everywhere in between!

how often do you service a pool?

Most of our clients receive weekly service. However, we do have some vacation rentals that have opted for twice weekly due to bather load/turnover of guests. We also have a few residents who primarily care for their own pool who have opted for bi-weekly service as a supplement.

How much do you charge for pool service?

This is determined by a number of factors, carefully calculated after inspection of your pool, equipment and discussion of your pool care needs.

As an example, an 8,500 gallon enclosed pool serviced once weekly ~ $85/month including chemicals.

does weekly service include chemicals?

Basic water balancing chemicals are included, specialist treatments will incur an additional charge - agreed in advance.

will my pool be serviced on the same day every week?

Yes, when we set up your account you will be assigned a day of service. You will be notified of any changes to your schedule due to holidays or inclement weather etc. in advance where possible.

can i request a specific day of service?

We try our best to accommodate, however, we service different geographical areas per day so this is not always possible.

do you require an annual contract?

No, one month minimum. We politely request 15 days written notice if you would like to terminate service.

how can i pay my bill?

Invoices are sent on the 1st of the month, Net15, via Quickbooks, for work completed the previous month. Payments can be made via cash, check, online payment, ApplePay, CashApp, Paypal, Zelle...

what are the optimal water chemistry levels for my pool water?

💦Calcium Hardness – 200 to 400ppm
💦Total Chlorine – 2.0 and 4.0 ppm
💦Free Chlorine - 1.0 and 3.0 ppm
💦pH – 7.4 to 7.6
💦Total Alkalinity (TA) – 80 to 120ppm
💦Cyanuric Acid (CYA) – 30 to 50ppm

how long do i have to wait after pool service to swim?

It is recommended you wait at least 20 minutes to an hour after the addition of water balancing chemicals.

A note will be included in your pool service report email advising you not to swim for a period of time beyond this if warranted.
